Narwal’s CES 2026 lineup puts smarter AI cleaning front and centre

We’ve come a long way from those hapless (but well-meaning) robot vacuums of yesteryear – Chinese brand Narwal has landed at CES 2026 with its biggest smart cleaning push yet.

Headlining its 2026 lineup is the new Flow 2 robot vacuum, joined by a fresh range of cordless cleaners and the brand’s first mattress vacuum. Together, they’re designed to cover everything from everyday floor mess to deep-cleaning soft furnishings – with far less manual effort along the way.

Rather than focusing on raw power alone, Narwal’s latest gear leans heavily into adaptive AI, scenario-based cleaning, and a growing ecosystem that aims to understand how real homes are actually used. At least, that’s the theory.

From dust-busting powers, to battling through clutter, here’s what Narwal is showing off at CES 2026.

Narwal Flow 2

The Flow 2 is Narwal’s new flagship robot vacuum for 2026, and it’s built around a completely new AI brain compared to its Flow predecessor. At its heart sits the NarMind Pro Autonomous System, which combines dual 1080p cameras, a wide field of view, and cloud-assisted processing to recognise objects and react accordingly.

In practical terms, that means the robot can identify obstacles in real time, choose how to navigate around them, and fine-tune its cleaning strategy depending on what it encounters. Narwal says the system can adapt its behaviour based on object type, balancing thorough cleaning with safer avoidance when needed.

There’s also a strong focus on household-specific scenarios. Dedicated modes cater to homes with pets, babies, or valuable items on the floor. These modes tweak everything from navigation behaviour to noise levels, with features such as pet-zone cleaning, quieter operation around sleeping areas, and prioritised avoidance for delicate objects that the robot logs in its companion app.

Mopping remains one of Narwal’s biggest calling cards, and the Flow 2 pushes that further. Its track-based FlowWash mopping system continuously refreshes the mop with clean water, but this time at a higher temperature of up to 60°C. Combined with constant downward pressure, it’s designed to deal more effectively with sticky spills and stubborn marks, rather than just spreading moisture around.

The robot can also tell the difference between wet and dry messes, adjusting its approach automatically. If an area needs extra attention, Flow 2 can return to its dock, clean the mop, and head back out to re-clean specific zones.

Vacuuming performance gets a serious boost too. With up to 30,000Pa of suction and anti-tangle brush tech, Flow 2 is built to handle mixed flooring without constant babysitting. The accompanying base station takes care of dust emptying, mop washing, and hot-air drying, while reusable dust bags and washable filters aim to reduce waste over time.

V50 Series

Alongside its robot flagship, Narwal is expanding its cordless vacuum range with the V50 Series. This model is designed to be lighter and easier to handle than traditional cordless cleaners, while still offering automatic dust disposal through an all-in-one base station.

Narwal is pitching the V50 as a vacuum you can grab for quick daily cleans, without the usual faff of emptying bins or untangling hair from the brush. It combines strong suction with smart dirt detection and includes detachable batteries to keep downtime to a minimum.

Filtration is another focus, with a multi-cyclone system aimed at capturing fine dust and allergens, making it a better fit for everyday use in busy homes.

An ultra-slim cordless vacuum for compact spaces

Narwal is also teasing a second, yet-to-be-named cordless vacuum with a noticeably slimmer profile. Designed to blend into modern living spaces rather than hide in a cupboard, this model prioritises compact storage and easy handling.

Despite its smaller footprint, it still promises intelligent cleaning features, including automatic dirt detection, a swivelling head for awkward corners, and an auto-empty base station capable of weeks of hands-free use. It’s clearly aimed at flats and smaller homes where space is tight, but expectations for performance are still high.

U50 Series mattress vacuum

Rounding out the lineup is Narwal’s first mattress vacuum, the U50 Series, which shifts focus away from floors entirely. Built for deep cleaning soft furnishings, it combines heat treatment, UV sterilisation, high-speed tapping, and strong suction to target mites and allergens embedded in mattresses, sofas, and upholstery.

Narwal says the sealed, disposable dust system keeps allergens contained, while the lightweight design makes it easier to move between rooms. It’s a more specialised cleaner than the rest of the range, but one that fits neatly into the brand’s wider push towards whole-home hygiene.

Narwal will be showcasing the full lineup at CES 2026 in Las Vegas, but hasn’t shared pricing or on-sale dates yet.
