If you’re anything like me and have a soft spot for transparent tech, then you absolutely need Laifen’s new Wave Pro electric toothbrush. It’s the latest addition to the brand’s growing line-up of good-looking, very clever personal care gear.

I’ve seen plenty of electric toothbrushes in my time, and most of them look like medical devices. But the Wave Pro comes in Transparent Black, wearing its internals proudly. This isn’t just a clear plastic gimmick either – the transparent finish is paired with Laifen’s usual metal build, which makes it feel more like a premium gadget.

The tech under that semi-see-through shell is serious stuff. There’s a patented oscillation and vibration system packed inside. It promises 60 degrees of head wobble and up to 66000 sonic vibrations per minute. In fact, it’s tuned for the Modified Bass technique – that’s the brushing method dentists go on about. It even tracks how well you’re doing via an app, because of course it does.

You get two cleaning modes to pick from (Daily and Deep Clean) and three intensity levels within each. You also get a smart pressure sensor to stop you sanding your pearly whites into oblivion. Plus, Laifen designed new brush heads to get between your teeth. Laifen reckons the Wave Pro goes up to 70 days on a single charge.

The Laifen Wave Pro was unveiled at CES 2026 and will be available globally from late March 2026. Pricing hasn’t been announced yet, but you’ll be able to nab it directly from Laifen.
