There are always more stats on what we’ve been consuming on the internet this year and Amazon has put together this (mostly fun) list of Alexa’s most-asked questions during 2025.

There are some interesting ones – Alexa smart speaker users really are interested in how tall Tom Cruise is (the people questions are a little old hat). Some categories are very logical, such as people asking how long they should poach an egg for.

And the list of music artists is a combo of the most popular new music in combination with some of the most famous of all time (which are probably the first things people are thinking of). The list of most-played songs is somewhat more interesting though – they’re all relatively new.
