GitHub is giving developers access to third-party AI coding agents with the launch of a new “Agent HQ.” Instead of just using GitHub Copilot, developers will get to try OpenAI’s Codex, Anthropic’s Claude, Google’s Jules, xAI, and Cognition’s Devin within GitHub in the coming months.Developers with a GitHub Copilot subscription will be able to access a new “mission control” dashboard, where they can control, manage, and track multiple AI coding agents. “With the new set of AI controls, we’re providing a control plane for all of the agent use on GitHub, whether you’re using the GitHub coding agent or one…

The Hitway BK9S is a budget electric mountain bike – its key selling point is that it’s very well priced at £929/€1300 (at the time of writing). There’s a huge amount of bike on offer here- so much so that it’s definitely a bike with larger people in mind – if you’re below 170cm or so you may find difficulty in reaching the floor properly. And it’s not just big, one downside is that it is very heavy – well over 30kg – and the well-packed shipping weight is over 40kg. It’s certainly not a bike you want falling on…

Introduction Oppo has been on a roll for phone photography lately. Its flagships have appeared on many a best phones list, thanks to an ongoing partnership with lens expert Hasselblad and sensors that put most rivals to shame. The Find X8 Ultra was my personal pick for top smartphone snapper from the last handset generation, but its China-only status dented any worldwide appeal; the Find X9 Pro might change that. Arriving in Europe a month ahead of Oppo’s usual schedule, this top-tier model does things a little differently from the outgoing Oppo Find X8 Pro – but a zoom lens…

Looking for the best Swatch watches? We’ve got you covered, but first, a history lesson, because Swatch has one hell of a backstory. It only arrived in 1983 but is arguably responsible for saving the entire, centuries-old Swiss watch industry from collapse at the hands of America and the Japanese. We are of course talking about the Quartz Crisis, which erupted in the 1970s as companies like Seiko and Citizen started producing quartz watches that were simpler, more accurate, more reliable and much cheaper than the automatic mechanical watches produced by Swiss companies for generations. One thousand Swiss watch companies…

G-Shock’s latest collaboration with West London’s own Central Cee might just be my favourite one yet – and it’s all down to the amazing colourway. Officially dropping in November, the G-Shock x Syna limited edition gives the classic 6900 a deep Bordeaux red makeover that feels super refined and cosy. It’s inspired by old British passports – a subtle nod to travel, heritage, and Cench’s global rise. The shade looks incredible. It’s rich, understated, but still every bit as tough as you’d expect from a G-Shock. Honestly, it’s giving me major Christmas vibes, helped by the golden G-Shock logo at…

Razer is announcing a new Huntsman V3 Pro 8kHz keyboard for esports-level competition and speed-obsessed PC gamers. The newest version of Razer’s top-end wired keyboard supports 8,000Hz polling (both upstream and downstream), and it’s got new analog optical switches designed to minimize interference and prioritize speed. Razer claims it put a big emphasis on typing feel and sound this time, using dense foam layers and pre-lubed switches like in its BlackWidow V4.While foam and lube are staples of the enthusiast mechanical keyboard community, the new Huntsman is not hot-swappable. The switches are soldered and the chassis is built more for…

Amazon is planning to axe around 14,000 corporate jobs. The mass layoffs were expected as part of the company’s cost-cutting drive, but are smaller than the 30,000 job losses previous reports had indicated.Beth Galetti, a senior executive at the e-commerce giant, broke the news to employees in a message on Tuesday. “The reductions we’re sharing today are a continuation of this work to get even stronger by further reducing bureaucracy, removing layers, and shifting resources to ensure we’re investing in our biggest bets and what matters most to our customers’ current and future needs,” Galetti said.Galetti did not give an…

Of all the companies that could have launched a robot vacuum in 2025, I didn’t have DJI in the running — but here we are. The drone and camera manufacturer released the DJI Romo robovac in Europe today, following its China debut this summer. The Romo is a combo robot vacuum and mop with a twist — it’s transparent. But, sadly, it can’t fly. Instead, DJI has channeled its navigation expertise into a bot that stays firmly on the ground.I got a sneak peek at the see-through sucker at the IFA trade show in September. While I didn’t get to…

Now he’s best known for the crime-fueled duology of Breaking Bad and Better Call Saul, but when Vince Gilligan was first starting out in television, it was in the realm of sci-fi. Over seven years he penned a number of classic episodes of The X-Files, ranging from a monster-themed spoof of Cops to a bizarre high-speed car chase that was his first collaboration with Breaking Bad star Bryan Cranston. And now he’s back in the genre with the upcoming Apple TV series Pluribus, which starts streaming in November. But Gilligan tells me that, while he had been itching to return to…
