Rolex launched seven new watches at Watches and Wonders 2026. I’ve now had the chance to see and handle all of them in the metal. Here’s my verdict, ranked from favourite to least favourite. 1. Oyster Perpetual 36 – Jubilee motif dial This is my pick of the collection. I wasn’t sure what to expect from the press images, but in person it’s completely charming and joyful. The dial carries the Rolex name repeated across its surface in ten contrasting colours, referencing the Jubilee motif first introduced in the late 1970s. It sounds like it could be too much, and…

Introduction The A57 is a Samsung Galaxy with an identity crisis. Go purely on price and it lands firmly in the mid-range smartphone class to compete against Google’s most affordable Pixel – yet the underlying hardware isn’t all that far removed from last year’s effort, and is easily eclipsed by more more affordable rivals from the likes of Nothing and Xiaomi’s various sub-brands. A new processor, better water resistance and the subtlest of styling updates barely move the game on from the outgoing Galaxy A56. Losing a few grams here and half a millimetre there isn’t much to get excited…

Spotify and the three major labels have won a $322 million default judgement against Anna’s Archive, the open-source library and pirate activist group that planned to publicly release millions of music files scraped from Spotify’s platform. The judgement comes after the unknown operator of Anna’s Archive failed to respond to a lawsuit filed by Spotify, Universal Music Group (UMG), Warner Music Group (WMG) and Sony Music, which was made publicly available in January. The best camera phones have come a long way, but that doesn’t mean there’s no room for improvement. Take Apple’s upcoming iPhone 18 Pro – new rumours point to what could be a major camera upgrade that could change how you snap photos with an iPhone. According to Korea’s ETNews (via MacRumors), Apple is ramping up production for a new variable aperture camera system that’s expected to land on the iPhone 18 Pro later this year. Current iPhones use a fixed aperture – meaning the lens stays at the same opening no matter what you’re shooting. From the iPhone 14…

Tudor launched six new watches at Watches and Wonders 2026, and having spent time with all, here’s my verdict of them all. It’s a safe, sensible and commercial collection from Tudor – and that’s no bad bad thing. Tudor has made meaningful upgrades fans have been asking for, and there isn’t a weak watch in the lineup. The biggest surprise was the absence of the long-rumoured Big Block Chrono, though word on the ground suggests it could arrive at a separate event later in the year. Here’s every new Tudor, reviewed and ranked. Black Bay 58 This is my favourite Tudor launch of 2026.…
