Fanttik’s foldable V10 Apex vacuum is on sale for the lowest price we’ve seen

We spend a lot of time at The Verge talking about robot vacuums — robovacs that can mop, robovacs that perfume your home, robovacs with arms, etc., etc. — but they’re not good for everything. A reliable handheld vac is still a good option for cleaning everything from car seats to stairs, which is why the current $65 discount on Fanttik’s Fold V10 Apex is worth pointing out. Normally $149.99, it’s now on sale at Amazon for $85.49, which matches the vac’s best price to date.

In recent years, I’ve become a fan of Fanttik’s myriad of tools, which really seem to rival Hoto’s in terms of design. The Fanttik Fold V10 Apex feels like a soup-up version of the like-minded V8 Apex, with a 2,000mAh battery and a foldable nozzle that lets you point the suction between seats, cup holders, and other crevices hiding within your vehicle. The extendable nozzle can pivot up to 210 degrees, too, and thanks to a built-in LED light located on the front of the handle, you needn’t worry about missing anything while vacuuming.

As for add-ons, the 17,000Pa V10 comes with an upholstery tool, two brushes, and an extendable hose with a crevice tool, letting you reach into areas that would otherwise be difficult to access. None of them are game-changers, but they’re nice to have, as is the USB-C charging port and the vacuum’s onboard display. The latter allows you to quickly view the remaining battery life, the suction mode, and whether the washable filter needs a look, which — if we’re being honest — always does.
