Wimbledon might be all about the tennis, but let’s be honest – the celebrity wrist game this year has been just as competitive as anything happening on Centre Court.

SW19’s All England Club has always doubled as a fashion and watch-spotter’s paradise, what with the dress code, the front-row seats and the sheer volume of A-listers who turn up each year, and 2026 has been no exception.

From sprinting legends to Hollywood royalty, everyone’s brought their best watches to the party, here are six of the best watches spotted at The Championships 2026.

Usain Bolt – Hublot Big Bang Reloaded Usain Bolt

Usain Bolt turned up to Wimbledon’s fifth day in a watch that’s basically a manifesto on his wrist. The Hublot Big Bang Reloaded Usain Bolt, launched at Watches and Wonders earlier in the year, is a 44mm case in black ceramic and carbon, built with the sprinter over 15 years as a brand ambassador.

The bezel is gold-engraved with his mantra: “Anything is Possible, Don’t Think Limits.” It’s a chunky, statement piece, and honestly, I’d expect nothing less from the fastest man alive.

Ncuti Gatwa – TAG Heuer Aquaracer Professional 100 Solargraph

Doctor Who and Sex Education star Ncuti Gatwa opted for something a little more refined for his day at The Championships: the TAG Heuer Aquaracer Professional 100 Solargraph in 28mm. The blue sunray dial is set with 12 diamond hour markers, so it’s got a bit of sparkle without losing the sporty Aquaracer DNA.

What I like most is the tech underneath. The Solargraph calibre converts light into energy, so it’s low-maintenance as well as good-looking – smart thinking for a watch that’s clearly going to see a lot of daylight this summer.

Andrew Garfield – IWC Ingenieur Automatic 35 “Pool”

Andrew Garfield brought some summer energy to the grounds with IWC’s brand new Ingenieur Automatic 35 in “Pool” – an aqua take on Gérald Genta’s classic 1976 design. The grid-patterned dial, integrated bracelet and cushion-shaped case are all present and correct, just with a fresher, more summery colourway.

At just 9.4mm thick, it wears beautifully, and, when paired with the matching aqua-blue suit and shirt, I reckon it’s one of the most thought-out choices here.

David Beckham – Tudor Black Bay 58

David Beckham kept things classic and accessible the Tudor Black Bay 58, on a five-link bracelet with the brand’s “T-fit” rapid adjustment system. The 39mm case is slim, at just 11.7mm, and the dial is perfectly understated with just to two lines of text in line with Tudor’s Master Chronometer models.

It’s a proper diver’s watch, METAS-certified with a 70-hour power reserve. David Beckham has much flashier Tudor watches (including an amazing one-of-one), but this just shows that sometimes the most obvious choice is the best.

Serena Williams – Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Offshore Selfwinding Chronograph

Serena Williams marked her return to Wimbledon in style with the Royal Oak Offshore Selfwinding Chronograph, a 37mm titanium piece with a bezel set with 32 brilliant-cut diamonds. The pink Tapisserie dial and matching rubber strap gave it a sporty edge, despite the price tag.

Williams has been an AP ambassador since 2014 and has worn more Royal Oaks than most of us will see in a lifetime, but this one is clearly very special, matching her pink racket grip.

Richard E. Grant – Cartier Santos Dumont & Breitling Navitimer

Richard E. Grant went for the boldest move on this list: double wristing. On his right, a vintage two-tone Cartier Santos in yellow gold and steel; on his left, a two-tone Breitling Navitimer with a gold bezel on a black leather strap.

It’s a combination with real sentimental weight – Grant has said the Navitimer belonged to his late father, who gave it to him before he died. He lost it for years, his wife bought him the Santos as a replacement, and then the Navitimer turned up in a drawer – so now he wears both.
